Following redundancy in 2001, he attended a training course in Norwich with Barrett & Coe Photographers (www.barrettandcoe.co.uk) to bring his skills in social photography up to date before launching Just Images.

Joanna joined Just Images in 2002 as assistant photographer and now lurks around taking the background photos at weddings! She is also a qualified Graphic Designer and uses these skills to manage the design of most of the artwork for brochures and leaflets.

Together, Derek and Joanna provide not only a relaxed style of wedding photography but also portrait sittings on location (weather permitting!), at your home or occasionally in a studio.

Event photography, including on-site printing, can also be provided at weddings, corporate events and parties, including christenings.

Derek is a registered member of The Guild of Photographers and The Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers gaining the qualification of licentiateship (LSWPP) within 3 months! Derek is also in possession of a Criminal Records Bureau Standard Disclosure.
